3. SMS Communications

Five Star AI sends SMS messages on behalf of businesses and agencies that use the Service. By using the SMS functionality, the account holder (business or agency) confirms that they have obtained proper consent from their customers to receive SMS communications, in accordance with applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Recipients of SMS messages may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Once an opt-out is received, no further messages will be sent to that number.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service, including:

• Twilio (SMS delivery)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Supabase (database hosting)
• OpenAI (AI-generated content)
• Vercel (hosting)

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and process data solely to deliver their respective services.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and customer data for as long as the account is active. Upon account termination, data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion, unless a shorter period is required by law.
